Submit an event

Conferences, receptions, breakfasts, meeting space — all of it. Invite-only events are welcome and get marked clearly, so nobody turns up uninvited.

Event name

Which organization is hosting this event?

Are you the host, or submitting on someone else's behalf?

Helps us credit the right organization. If you're submitting for someone else we'll list them, not you.

Type

Date

January 5 to 20, 2027, so the days either side of JPM Week are fine. A date outside that is rejected by the field, and some browsers say so very quietly.

Last day, if it runs more than one

Leave blank for a single-day event.

Time

Venue name

Leave blank if the venue is not set yet. A blank field shows nothing, where TBA would show as the venue.

Street address

Including the city and ZIP helps us put it on the map correctly.

Access

Leave this if you're not certain — we'll confirm with you. A private event listed as open is the one mistake we can't take back.

Registration or info link

Optional. Leave it blank if there isn't one yet. If you do add a link it has to start with https://, or the field won't take it.

One-line description

We may edit for length and house style.

Your email

Not published. Used only to confirm details and flag changes.

What happens next

We review, confirm the details with you by email, and publish. Confirmed events carry a verified checkmark — worth having, since a lot of what circulates during JPM Week is stale or invented.
